About DMH Process Systems
DMH Process Systems is a Company founded by long serving, broadly experienced water treatment and manufacturing engineers. The business has been built on the core principles of providing innovatively designed and well engineered products at our premises in East Sussex.
Our range was launched with the System EM, a compact and durable polymer mixing unit designed to mix and age liquid polyelectrolyte efficiently, but is continually growing through new product design and development.
Stainless Steel Skids (or Skid Mounted Solutions)
DMH Process Systems manufacture a range of stainless steel frames to offer a complete skid mounted solution. Manufactured from stainless steel 304 and topped with 12mm PVCu they can mount the System EM, product tank, hand pump, process or IBC connection pipework as required.
Bespoke skids can be designed and engineered to suit any application from chemical processing to waste water treatment. Packages typically comprise of components such as:
- Pumps
- Flow Meters
- Control Panels
- Product Tanks
- Hand Pumps
Skid mounted systems benefit from being self contained, easily transported and installed on site with the minimum disruption.
